Junior Kindergarten
Our Jr.Kindergarten program runs from Monday to Friday with the option of 3 time slots. Our program is a unique blend of Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Phonics. This unique blend allows each child to benefit from a variety of concepts and activities.

Panorama Ridge Children’s Centre’s Jr.Kindergerten curriculum is built to provide an emotional, social, physical, and cognitive foundation for further learning. All activities in our Preschool programs are created to further develop gross and fine motor skills, vocabulary/language structures, problem solving skills, self-esteem, social interaction and responsibility.
Aimed at developing the whole child, our program incorporates Montessori, Reggio Emilia and the Fun Family Phonics program in our teachings. Our program offers “hands-on” learning experiences with structured and open-ended activities. The children will have an opportunity to participate in dramatic play, math, art, science, journal entries, a daily learning circle time with songs and stories, and indoor/outdoor play.
Each week we focus on a different topic or theme that stimulates the interest of the children. Any area the children have a keen interest in, is then further developed upon by the teacher. Our teachers support the children's ideas and foster their intellectual development where children and teachers discover and explore together.

We offer this progressive program to suit the developmental stages of our three and four-year-old’s in preparing them for kindergarten. Our focus in our preschool program is developing a child's vocabulary/language, socialization and group interaction; we further expand on this foundation with pre-academics such as our Phonics program.

Assessments and developmental goals are provided to our families every month to touch base with the parents on how their child is progressing.

Junior Kindergarten
We value each child as an individual who is curious, resilient and competent. Our classroom is a creative and collaborative learning environment thoughtfully crafted to support and respect the interests of the children to complement a structured curriculum.

Our Jr.Kindergarten class runs Monday through Friday and follows the same schedule as the Surrey and Delta school boards (ie. Pro D Days, holidays, etc.)
Participation in the Monday - Friday, 9am-1pm or 9am-3pm program can help prepare children for a smoother transition into full-day kindergarten.
9am - 1pm (half day)
5 days - $585 minus $193 ccfri = $392/monthly
4 days - $530 minus $165 ccfri = $365/monthly
3 days - $480 minus $140 ccfri = $340/monthly

9am - 3pm (full day)
5 days - $875 minus $545 ccfri = $330/monthly
